Mag-Hytec Front diff cover clearance issues?

Mag-Hytec Front diff cover clearance issues?
Hey guys I already have the rear Mag-Hytec Diff cover and would like to get the front Mag-Hytec Diff cover for my 2005 Super Duty, Question is that I heard that it has clearance issues?

on my 05 it hit the rods. then after haveing it machined it leaked from the o-ring so i wound up reinstalling with silicon sealer.
the 5r110 w pan they make will not fit on a v10 with out major cutting and rerouteing of the left side cat pipe. which by the way costs over $1,400.00 now, so i sure would say think deeply before you buy and cut the cat assembly. this something i did and sure never would again. esp. since the trans runs cold enough with out the pan not to have to worry about one.
as the extra bling bling. my money works better for me else where then on my truck. and personally feel there are better products out there that are cheaper on the wallet.
