hello from tweed canada just introducing my self,i have been a ford lover since i got my first car at 14 a 63 mercury meteor 2dr it had a 260 and 2spd was all original with 62000 on it,im 32 now buy the way, when i turned 16 it was ready for the road and a real head turner at high school. then i had a 64 ford custom for a witer beater pic up for 150 bucks only had 30000 miles on it but it was a 4 door had a 352 3 in the tree with 3:50 posi 9in smoke the tires right off it, good beginer car at 16. then had 78 f150 4x4 400in it not a 351m not good to have at seventeen thought it would go any where and almost did. then got a 77 maveric wich i still have but for sale that i put a fuely 302 in with a 4sp auto with3:55 8in goes like stink got a 89 5.0 just pick up imaculent shape but the best vehicle i have ever had is my current 99 f150 4x4 4.6 got it 6 year ago of 3 year lease had 70000 kms on it now has 260000kms on it has never left me anywere broke down always gives me warning,have had to do normal wear and tear replace ments but it has been a pleasure owning it and my friends are now changing over to fords and they cant believe the difference from their other brands now they know why i have only owned fords. just sayin hello,truck driver only home weekend but this seems like a good site to keep in my favorits list, bye.
