Catalytic converters
Does anyone know who makes a bolt on replacement catalytic converters for a 97 f150 4x4 4.2l. I have found some for the 4.6 not sure if they will fit. I added a Gibson super truck exhaust and after about a month the catalytic converters started rattling.

The covers are probably just loose, a muffler shop can tack them back on for you,
There is an online source for cats. I found with good prices, will check to see if can find the address, think all I did was search for catalytic converters on yahoo.
My brother got good ones from summit also that are supposed to have a good flow rate.

Catalytic converters
Had a 96 Mustang GT with with a light rattle under the car and I thought maybe the guys that put a hitch on it left something loose. Turns out it was some small stones in the cat shield. We picked them out and fixed the problem.
