My gut feeling is it's the heads again. I ran the truck for 6 months with the tea kettle noise and puking due to the head gaskets. I ran this long because that's how long it took me to find a dealership to diagnose the problem after 4 attempts. Could this have lead to the block having an issue with being warped. If so how does Ford deal with machining the block. I should have also went for the money to buy the wire ring gaskets. I am not sure if that would have made a difference but I will use them this time.

Really not necessary unless your building a race engine and plus the aftermarket gaskets have little to no room for error while the stock gaskets are a little more forgiving. Might want to think on that one. I'm running stock studded gaskets and I have aftermarket injectors and tomorrow getting a bigger turbo.
Sounds like you have a serious truck. What kind of machining do I have to do to get this thing to stick if it is in fact the heads ? I am planning on having Ford clean the turbo to rule out the vanes possibly sticking and over boosting the motor. Like I said previous, when I jump on it in stock setting, I am seeing 30 psi of boost.

In all honesty, I just had a machine shop take care of that. I do know that they had to take off .003 of the heads and if they have to take off atleast .008 then you need to just replace the heads.

I don't recall if I ever saw 30 psi with stock setting, I have had a tuner of some sort on my truck for so long that I forgot what stock was really like.

You'll probably find this hard to believe but I never felt compelled to do 1/4 mile times so I really don't know.
