Question on Expedition

I am considering puchasing a expedition, looking at either 2003 or 2004, should I stay way for the 03 do to the fast it being the first year of the new model? Would like to hear from some owners...

I have an 04 EB and love it, and my aunt has an 03 and also loves and neither have had any major problems. One thing if you plan on doing any major towing with it make sure you get the 5.4L.

The 03's had some issues with the motor and a few others that was revived in the 04, and the 05 got a more powerful 5.4L. Now in my shoes, don't get the 03, I love my 04, but would have been happier with the 05 EB. There's no major differences between 05 and 06 to my recollection.

Have the 04 and love it (EB ed). If towing, make sure you get the factory HD tow package, versus the standard. I got extended warranty when I purchased mine used and it has paid off!
