avenger carb
Anybody run that newer Holley, "built fo offroad" carb? Need a new carb, currently have 2 bbl motorcrafft. What are the pro/cons of switching to 4 bbl (besides $$$)? THis is a trail rig, so am interested in low end torque. Any other carb suggestions welcome and appreciated. Sorry, I am new to forum and to fords, i am sure this subject has been drug through the mud many times...sorry!!

I didn't have much luck with my 570 street avenger. It ran good for about two weeks. Then I had a funcky sounding backfire and now it wont idle at all. I've tryed everthing I can think of to fix it. But no luck. I may take it to a holley carb specialist to see if he can do something with it at some point. I finally bought a Carter AFB. So far it works great.
