351M manifold

Why would I be getting coolant, about a 1/2 deep on my valley pan? I did some head gaskets to no avail, it still overheated and had water in the exhaust. Now Im swapping the motor out and I need the intake for the other motor. When I took it off thats what I found. What would cause this? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Cracked block or head.

Well there's no water passages in the intake so it has to be a cracked head...
