03 expedtion noise when starting

its a flip flop noise when starting from under car,like a bad muffler,but can not fine it. thanks in advance 66000 miles

Is there any way that someone could get me a picture of the rear wiper on the inside of the window and on the inside of the hatch where it meets? I have an '03 Expo and the wiper arm won't move, the motor turns the metal disc on the hatch and I can move the arm manually but they don't work together. I don't know, maybe there is a part missing or something. Thanks
