Found the button.....You have to click on Midwest Region in the chapters list, then near Iowa it says join chapter....

That is one way, (they used to have the chapters listed individually, and was under our name there..) the other is go to your user cp, (upper left corner) and on the left side, there will be a chapter memberships button where you can choose from all the chapters.
