Depends on where you are... you could always send it in they are based out of florida... dont remember what the going rate is.... had the same chip in my 2001 v6 when I had it... not really worth the money i found. as for info that you would need you need the computer code which is on the passenger side door opening. then tell them what mods you have or else you will get a canned tune.

 

you're looking at $25 - $75 depending on the dealer. Do you know the PCM code of your truck? I might be able to help out.
