Patching Holes

The guy I bought my truck from had a bunch of stuff screwed to the dash like a cb, and xm radio...i dont need the stuff so does anybody know what i could use to fill the holes in or even if it can be done? if worst comes to worst i could go to a junk yard and get some plastic from another truck.
