Cam Recommendation

OK I need some help for what kind of specs I should look for in a cam for my motor. I am hoping to make around 500 hp/500# tq and here is what I am looking at:

I want to use the flat top pistons and Aussie Heads that you guys have suggested to achieve about 10:5-11:1 compression: Ported and Polished, Port and Gasket-Matched, 2.19/1.71 Stainless Steel Valve, hardened seats, 3-angle, spiral bronze guide liners, and Ford Motorsport Roller Rockers, K and N Air filter, Weiand Action+ Dual Plane Manifold, Holley 670 Truck Avenger, Headers, Dual Exhaust, and I want to put a Crane Cam in it... here's where you come in. What kind of duration figures and lift should I look for to get this aforementioned motor to make 500 ponies? I was thinking like 288 or 292 but is that going to be enough? I want it to still be streetable and I would really like to keep my low end... now I know this is hard to do and still make a lot of hp so that's why I am asking. Also, what do you think the truck would make with a conservative (272) cam? And do you guys have any other suggestions for my motor rebuild? Thanx a lot.
