Worked for me -- sometimes you have to get Adobe to the latest update to make it happy.
Also, sometimes things go better if you clear all of your internet temp files.
(Tools/delete browsing history for the latest IE). I usually follow that by shutting down and rebooting. Sometimes I also jump 3 times and say "I know I can"
Also, you could have a dratted virus.

The file opened ok for me, but crashed my MSN-TV-2 player, when I began to scroll down to read the file.
Sounds like it's corrupt somehow.
I agree with clearing out "cookies". The "Double Click" cookie causes me all sorts of mischief, so I clear my cookies dialy.
