Transmission Identification
I am still trying to find out which tranny is in the 2006 Exped with a 5.4 liter engine. The specification link on the banner does not go into that detail. Any info is appreciated. VIN decoding does not provide that information either.

Jim, thanks for the info. There is a clear performance difference between these two in my experience and I was curious who the manufacturer is of the newer 4r70w. Now, I ought to be able to research that on my own.
