Is this the end to Ford, and other American car companies? Don't know. I doubt it, but...............

We had the same thing happen to our local newspaper companies,
pushing buyouts to workers, since the print media is on the decline.

The times are a changing.

Times are changing, but this is something that the big three have needed to do for a while. The jobs bank all but killed GM, and there was certainly a lot of dead weight in the Ford plant, too. I feel bad for those that lose their jobs so close to retirement, though.
