Can anyone tell me the coolant capacity of an 1988 F250. I need a new radiator.
Many thanks for your help.

Four gallons of A/F and four of distilled or deionized water...... never use tap water too many minerals in some towns/country estates (wells).

Make sure you get the right rad for the truck.......4 core.

If the cooling system is clear empty, 8 gallons gives you enough to fill the radiator and coolant recovery jug.

All IDI diesels.
