Is the dealer the only option for getting an extra key for my 03? If not, where and what is the procedure for programing one? Thanks!
Try an automotive locksmith. My 2001 came with only one key and it cost me $45 (my blank) to program the new key. Using their blank would have been $65. Your 2003 uses an Encrypted Transponder blank which a good locksmith will carry but it will probably cost a little more than the older 1998 - 2002 blanks. Programming should cost the same.
