Triton timesert kit
Greetings and Salutations,
Anyone have one of these kits to loan or sell? I am located near Winston-Salem, NC.
Only owned this 01 F250 two weeks and the #7 spark plug blew.
The Triton Timesert kit #5553 looks like the way to go.

FYI : The three months extended warrenty I purchased from Drivers Z Edge only covers "internally lubricated parts" on the engine. Figures.

Kit 4412 is also a possibility, much less expensive. Only about $150 for the tools plus the cost of the insert(s).
Tell them that the head, which is what failed, is lubricated (the whole top of it under the valve cover stays oiled).
