HELP with a 2004 Excursion and the headlights
I have a 2004 excursion and i just bought some Halo Pro LED lights and i am having a really tough time installing them. I have the wiring all complete and it is good however i can not get them mounted. PLEASE HELP.

You will have to line them up and see where it is hitting the the backplate then trim it out so it slides in. The backplate is made of fiberglass so it doesn't take too much to trim them.
It's hard to see but the factory hole has to be enlarged.
But the do look good when installed

I think it's a tad better then stock with the new lights.
The APC light needed to be cut out. I don't think these new ones need to have the back cut. However if they do it is fiberglass and easy to work.
