Batteries

Ok, read alot of prior posts, and need to see if anyone can help me

I live in an area where it is prone to getting down in the negative double digits, It is time to replace my batteries in my 00 7.3, im sick of a jump every now and then!

I am contemplating Optima yellow tops or napa batteries. Obvoiusly I can get 2 napa batteries for the price of one optima and the napa's are rated #1 by consumer report. I have had Optima red tops before in my old car that had a sound system and I loved the fact they could take an @$$ whooping and come back to life time and time again.

Anybody got any takes on what to do!?

i bought (2) 850 CCA Motorcraft batteries from my local dealer for $110 apiece...3 year free replacement and prorated for 2 after that...i was going to go with something else and decided, since i know where every dealer is within 500 miles from home, that the MC's would be the best choice..

the quality of Optimas has really gone down over the past few years..
