gas tank leak

the gast tank on my ford is leaking

was there any particular weak spot on them that would leak?

or do i need a whole new one

its coming from the sides i think

The spot they rust through is on the top where they lay against the crossmember. It happens a lot, and so they are not very expensive at the store. You probably can get a whole new tank for around $99.00.
