distributor vacuum line?

stock 360 in a 69 F250
Where does the vacuum line go into? Carb, intake?

It goes to the carb, but it needs to go to a ported line, one that has NO vacumn at idle. On some rigs it hooks into the line to the EGR valve.

Should hook up on passager side of carb. start up and put your finger on port if it has no vacuum at idle then increase your rpm up you should feel vacuum.Thats where you want to hook up your vacuum advance.
