pulling motor..NEED HELP

I have a 79 F250 with a 400 in it. It has a 6in sus. lift and 3in body lift. My question is what is the easiest was to yank this puppy. Do they make a hoist big enough and do i have to unbolt the headers before removing motor. This is my first engine swap

flatten or change the tires (put a set of stock tires on). build or rent an over head hoist (pics on project bronco in tech section). I would take off the exhaust maifolds or break the exhaust after the clooector. pick which one ie easier.

pulling motor..NEED HELP

My 82 F-250 has 35 inch tires and a 3 inch body lift, when I pulled my motor I decided to replace the body mount bushings so I removed the hood and front clip. The front clip on the 82 has ten bolts holding it in place, mark the bolt locations before removing. The wife and I lifted it off, not too heavy. This took less than 1 hour. After this it was very easy to remove the accessories. When the motor was in the shop I detailed out the front clip, hood, frame and firewall. No back-breaking leaning over the fenders to wrench and used hydraulic engine hoist from work to lift out.

I pull my tires off and then set the truck on the lowest setting on my jackstands. Engine hoist just makes it over the cowling.
