Then look at the top left where it says new thread, click on it.
Add your question and post it to the forum.

Yes in all fairness it was a rude response. Your second attempt was much better and would come across as more friendly (the way we like this forum to be) and polite. I'm glad you didn't mean any harm but just as a neutral it did strike me as a little harsh too. Thankyou however for rewording
