VIN tags
The whats a title worth thread has got me wondering... Where are all VIN numbers written on dentsides? I am currently truck shoping and want to make sure nothing funny is going on with any truck I may buy.
There is one on the door, one on the door jamb and one on the frame below the brake booster correct? or am I missing some?

Wrong side. Its on the passenger side. Depending on the year of truck, scrub the top side of the frame right behind the rad support.. then work your way back to the starter.. Some where on that side, you will find the vin. Mine was just infront of the starter.. but I had to simple green the frame to hell and scrub with a wire brush to find it.
