Idle problem/poor mileage..

So i bought a performance throttle body and i expected to have crazy idling at first untill it got use to it but it getting worse..My mileage was 10 now i'm getting 7.75....I think it my throttle postion sensor..DO you think this could be my mileage problem??? I know it has to be between certain volts..I'm goign to get the volt meter tomorrow at the auto parts..How do i adjust it????I need to get my 10 mpg back or better...

I really appreciate it brad...

I forgot to say what the problem is....It lopes up and down once in a while and...It stays at 500 rpm then goes up to 1200 and stays...Please help...
