Early 08 F450 ambulance- About 16500 miles, 1750hrs. More now I'm sure as that was about 2 weeks ago and they do about 7-12 runs per day.
We had our first problem-Leaking rad. I've heard it's a pretty common problem with the job 1 trucks.

7300 miles, Job 1 with 253 hours. Crew cab lariat 4x4 that carries wife, 2 kids, three dogs and a whole sh@tload of gear from ski stuff to hunting gear. Love Love love this truck. Sorry Tom H. but this thing rocks! Only problem I have had is trouble washing the deer blood out of the bed. "i got an 8 foot that never gets made". I really do love this truck.

Got the truck one week ago today, 1,000 miles so far. F250, KR, PSD. I missed my 2005 so much I had to have another one. Thankfully, Ford started making the KR in blue. I just found the site and am still mostly lurking.

Purchased F250 Lariat Diesel, Black outside grey interior with 20"wheels and lots of Chrome in October. Currently 6,500 Miles and love "Big Black" as my daughter calls it. Also Known as the sequel because I had an 07 just like it. Love the 08, I think the ride is great and currently getting 14.3 mpg.

Job 2; purchased October 1, 2007; now has 10,113 miles w/ 306 hours; in five months. Grocery getter, daily driver.... Flawless so far with exception of filter tell-tale and winter mix driving.
Btw, that taller job 2 air dam is also a gut stopper when trying to slide under and change the oil
