Fuel pressure????
I just got my rebuilt 400 in my ranchero and it will fire but not run. When i kink off the fuel line it will run for a few seconds. Do i need some kind of fuel pressure regulator??

Fuel pressure????
Does it seem to be flooding it's self.....

Maybe it just need a carb. rebuild kit .

Fuel pressure????
Are you sure your coil is wired correctly? Should get 12v cranking and around 8 after you let go of the starter.

just curious - what made you think of kinking the fuel line?

do you have some kind of racing or hi-po pump?

did you rebuild the carb?

has it backfired (through the intake)?
