I have a 2001 F-150 2wd With a 5.4 with 118,000 miles. When it gets below 20 degrees outside it will not start. It truns over good and tries to start , I can come back later after it warms up above 20 degrees and it will start. Does anybody have any ideas. Thanks for the help.
First thing I would try is additive in the gas to absorb water.
If that dosn't help, the ECT could be out of range and not signaling for a rich enough fuel condition, the IAC may stick closed and not open.
Test for the IAC problem by trying to start with a little throttle applied in place of the IAC. If it fires the IAC is stuck closed.

I have had the Crankshaft Position Sencor,IAC & the TPS changed. All to no luck. I will check the ECT, Thanks
Why didn't you say what had been done in the first post?
You already throwing parts at it without doing any investigation.
TPS won't cause a (no start).
IAC won't cause a (no start).
