I've been looking around for parts for a 300 in a 96 F150 I plan on getting.
I've known about Offenhauser for a good while, the do make a bunch of "hotrod" parts and stuff, but What I'm wondering is, since the 96 300 is fuel injection, would the offenhauser intake still work?
I'm pretty sure Offy doesn't offer a fuel injection intake, in fact I don't know of any maker of aftermarket intake for the fuel injected 300. Clifford Performance has a lot of go fast goodies for the 300, check out there sight, even call em, they were nice and helpful with me. Good luck, it's great to see screamin 300's.

What would be a good set of upgrades for the 300FI?
I went on Clifford's site and I picked out
Ford 240/300 Camshaft 264H kit
I was looking at their headers but, I may turbo the 300.
If I do turbo it, would I need the computer tuned, and what would you need to do it? (hptuners?)
Any upgrades for an EFI 300 are limited to what the computer will function with...which means that there isn't much.
That cam most likely will not work.

this topic has been mentioned many times here. look through some old posts and you will find what you need to know about turboing the 300. I'm not educated enough on the subject to give you any advice.
Headers would probably be a waste on an EFI 300, the manifolds on there aren't that restrictive, a nice exhuast would probably be more beneficial as I believe those have 2 probably plugged cats. I would say that they fixed most of the older 300 probablems with the EFI 300s and theres not that much to upgrade with that computer without going carb. A turbo would be cool but you would have to build the whole set up and that engine is based around torque peaking around 2300rpm, so a turbo wouldn't be the best option IMO. I'd look into the cam or maybe 1.7 lifters (Idid this on my 85 don't know if it works with EFIs).
