High idle ?

High idle ?
I was reading something on bullydogs website that said that there tunner could be tunned so that when you were in park, you could adjust your idle by setting the cruise control on (in park only) and adjust the idle by bumping up the cruise control.
My ? is can an SCT X2 tunner be programed to do the same thing?
