No kick down

I have a 91 F 250 and I have no kick down when I press the gas pedal down. I've had the trans out a couple of times but I know I got everything hooked back up. Is there a sensor or something that may have gone bad? Thanks in advance.

The E4OD uses the FIPL(TPS) to tell trans to down shift......... have you ever reset the FIPL to specs.

FIPL fuel injection lever position sensor. basicly the diesel version of a TPS. I need to adjust mine as well pretty sure its the problem. PLC7.3 has all the info on adjusting it.
