91 4.9l efi fuel problems
my truck started running rough one day and then just quit. I was having problems like stalling out in intersections and such so i figured it was the injectors. I got a mechanics opinion and just replaced the fuel rail and injectors today. now i am not getting any fuel to the rail. when i turn the key the fp turns on and the relay kicks it off. still no gas. i unhooked the inline filter and there is no fuel coming out even when i kick the pump on. any suggestions please help.

hi.. have a 92 f-150 xly efi 4x4 with a 302 or 5.0 engine.. dual tanks.. same issue.. replaced the egr assy.. the iac solenoid assy and the fuel regulator, fuel filter.. truck starts and runs cold start.. turn key off then try again and it runs like hell like starving for fuel or spark.. checked spark fine.. in process tommorow of bypassing electronic control of pumps by the diagnostic conector to see if it is a ground issue.. there is a way to do this.. my pumps kick on and off too.. these have issues with ground from the pumps under the rear to the frame or whereever grounded or bad positive between eec in truck to the pumps.. i also have fuel going from one tank to another alot.. hope it isn't pumps and just a ground issue.. guess i'll figure in the morning.. driving me crazy.. 5 days now of cold and no work or truck.. sucks..
