One Piece windows

I just had an email from Ben at One Piece Products in CA. They were featured in Custom Classic Truck

http://www.customclassictrucks.com/t...ent/index.html

They will have a one piece window for a 69 f100 ready by Spring. I asked him to consider our year f100s. When you add up the cost of rebuilding the vents and all the channels, gaskets, etc.., his kit is actually less.

If he hears from more of us maybe he will consider slicks next.

It is a mod left best to expert fabricators and hammer and dolly men. The entire front hinge support assembly needs to come out be modified and replaced in the door to make it work. Main reason persons doing this mod go with suicide doors.

Take a look inside the door below the vent window on your slick some time...

Don't let me rain on the parade. I just wanted to let you know the pitfalls before hand. It is one of the coolest mods but really needs to be thought through on a slick due to the reinforcements. Thats the part they don't show in the mags.....

I know from personal experience that Garbz has been investigating that issue for a long time.

One thing that you might think about is using a modern mirror in place of the vent glass and building a panel fit the triangle space to conceal the wires.
