Service/Maintenance

Hey everyone! I am new to the forum as I have just purchased my first Escape. I bought a 2005 4x4 V6 XLT with 40,000 miles. I want to change all the fluids from front to back as I am sure they have never been changed before. Does anyone know where I can get a list of all the capacities and recommeded fluids? The owner's manual is missing. I always get a repair manual for all my vehicles so I have the specifics but I don't have one for this vehicle yet. I would like to service the vehicle this weekend but can't find a repair manual locally so I am going to have to order it and it obviously won't be here by tomorrow. Thnaks for your help and I hope to contribute along the way!!!!

Question In continue this post.

I am in pretty same situation. I would like to by 2005/2006 Escape, now.
I never drive on American car, especially 4x4 SUV.
I read some post regarding maintenance, but still not clear for what is better - by your experience.
Official information is very good, also.

Thanks everyone who can provide additional advice from own practice.
