Recurve DSII?

So i got a cam.
i have an exhaust.
intake and intake manifold are being put on.
what options are for this DSII computer?
i want to free my ponies and pounds.

Duraspark II box is not adjustable. You can install an adjustable vacuum advance on the distributor to recurve the timing, and you can also replace the centrifugal weights in the distributor.

ok... what kind of computer mods are out there.. ive seen the new hypertech max power with the 300 but i dont know how much good it does.

Ever find any more on this? I just have a removed egr, but want to get it back into a good timing curve. Does someone make a kit or list specific parts for a egr delete timing curve?

They will send you a recurved unit for about $135 +.

Are you changing from EFI to Carb on your '96 or what? DSII is for a carbed engine with electronic ignition...I don't think it is for a cumputer controlled system like EFI.
