in a heartbeat...I've had over 5 used F-150's used through the years...there is a reason for my brand loyalty...also, my 06 is pushing 2yrs and I've got 0 issues
sometimes they stick on removal and the porcelin breaks...can be very messy and expensive to remove from the head

I must say that I am somewhat surprise that Al Gore isn't harping about the "plug issue"
The reason I asked this question is that I read that most people on here bought their truck new and then found out about the spark plug issues. I am looking at a '07 Ford Screw KR used of course and I wanted ppl opinion on this subject. Thanks.
What spark plug issue? The same one the had in the 02's? The one where they can get blown out of the head if you ignore tham for years at a time?
1997-2004 (heritage) - some 4.6 and 5.4 motors had insufficient thread engagement on the spark plugs. this would sometimes cause a sparkplug to "eject". kinda rare, but is a "class" problem

again, is rare, but supposedly is a "class" problem. it exists, but I wouldn't let it influence your decision overly much. I know it has 0 bearing on me. I'm actually looking at the 09's and as far as I know, the "issue" still exists for all 2004-2008 5.4 3v motors
