Transferable Warrantee

I'm thinking of buying a used 2005 F-550 SD with 140,000 kilometers. The seller advises me that the truck has a new motor (Installed at a Ford dealership) and that the warrantee is transferable and in effect untill the truck reaches 160,000 kilometers. Does anyone know the terms and conditions of applicable warrantee to second owners?

he should have a reciept showing that the warranty is transferrable. if not get an oasis report done, if it was done at a dealer you can find out which one and ask them for the proof.
