I've got one in excellent shape off of an '04 Super Duty. PM me if you're interested -- its in a box and ready to be shipped.

Mr. Dad I have a used one which is not the best but not cracked or anything. You can have it if you want. I have no use for it. It has some wear due to years but is intact. Let me know.
