Which rims are which?
im lookin at buying new tires for my 04 so i figured if i could find a set of rims and tires id just go for the extra cash and get them. Question is though that i heard that i cant use any of the 05 and up rims because they have a different back spacing and will rub at full lock. So i was wondering if this is true or not and if it is then if i added a wheel spacer behind the rim if i would be qable to use the 05 and up rims...

If you decide on getting the 05's I have a set for sale in Houston,TX off of an 05 Lariat for $575 with tires but they don't have a lot of tread. I know that you will need some kind of spacers to make them work on an 04 model.

I put 18" rims and stock tires off of an 05 on my 04. They rub at full lock only when turning one way. I can't remember which way right now but they barely rub. The rubbing comes from the inside of the tire touching the leaf spring. I would say go for it they look a lot nicer than the 04 rims.
