Radar detectors

Anyone use one? I always run Escort stuff. I have had a dozen or so over the years and those have always done the best job for me. A friend just got a Valentine and I have read lots of tests where they are supposed to be very good. The older Whistlers were good. Bel always had good range but too many false alarms.

thought of it...never acted on one. decided to save my 300.00 and slow down instead...

So far all ive ever used was a whistler, and it worked great, saved me a few times. I dont run anything now though, and i drive fast enough that I should buy one.

I`ve slowed down too, try to stay just a little over but not much over the limit.
Once in a while I just got to clean the carbon out......

lets just say that with the dollar valueof the moving violations i've been ticketed, i could be driving a top of the line focus... took a while to sink in. damn city of calgary!!!
