351m - 400

what would it take to make my 351m to a 400? from what i hear, the 400 is better than the 351m. i don't want to spend a big fortune on it right now but any suggestions???

lets see, ok, ill be nice. to make a 351m into a 400, you need 400 pistons, crankshaft, and balancer. thats it your done. oh yea, it hasto be put together again.
