snow in Arizona, and clear and warm in Oregon. Go figure. To be honest, that picture I posted earlier was about as good as it got. I even surprised myself.

Yeah Brandon that's what I need to do because it is only 9 outside this morning and man I hate the cold. I would love to move somewhere with warm temps but I will more than likely live here forever like my area where I live just hate cold weather.

Was going to take my 8" Dobsonian telescope outside to view the ecplipse but it was raining here too. Was also going to try and ctach a glimpse of the spy satellite using the tracking info on the internet but the Navy blasted it out of the sky so I guess it's back to planets, stars and nebulas.

It actually snows a LOT here in this part of Arizona, I have the "natural high" here at 7000 ft. elevation

Ronnie, we got about an inch on the pavement, and 2-3" on the grass. Huge flakes that fell in about two hours for the last two inches. Tonight it's supposed to do something. 8-11 last night, and 3am to just now, plus im going back out again tonight.

Great pictures, nice job. We didn't get to see the eclipse here in Denver, it was too cloudy.

BUT..at least it hasn't snowed here for a few days. I shouldn't complain too much.

For those that missed it, I made it out just in time with my video camera. I recorded 11 mins of it before i was so cold that i had to go in. i wanted to record the whole thing from beggining to end but it was well below 0 last night.

anyway, i sped up the video so its just over 2 mins and couldnt resist the song choice
