Good Shock Deal?

Good Shock Deal?
I think I found a pretty good deal on 4 ES9000 ProComp shocks for the truck. 4WParts will sell me a set of 4 w/ boots (don't need them but will prolly give them away) and they'll also throw in a steering stabilizer that I can use on my Bronco. I know Bilsteins are the best and recommended by a lot of you on here but they are over $120 more for a set. ProComp says retail on the shocks are $48 each. It's a better deal than I can find on line and 4WP is local. What do you all think of that deal and are these shocks good enough for almost 100% street and some towing? Bumpy dirt & gravel roads is the worst it will ever see. Thanks for any input.

I forgot to mention that I can get all 4 shocks + the steering stabilizer for $150 + tax and no shipping. I'll probably order them tomorrow. They should come in next week.
