1993 4.9 F-150 Codes

I just got a 1993 F-150 with the 4.9 liter 6 cyclinder. Truck cranks and runs good for its age. I checked my fuel mileage and it is getting just 9.6 mpg. I have an OTC diagnostic code reader and analyzer. I pulled these codes out but don't have any way to know what they mean. The Ford dealer here wants me to bring it in. They would not help me except to say bring it in. The codes are: 173, 327, 542, & 634. If any one has a way of knowing what these mean it would sure help me. It was tuned back last year in september. I am using seaform fuel treatment in the fuel.

173 is running rich I do beleive. The was the code I was getting for my truck not to long ago. As for rest someone with more knowledge or resource will have to tell you.

I checked my fuel pump pressures and the rear pump pressure is to high. Don't know if that will make any difference in my mileage but am going to check mileage on front tank to see. Getting about 9 on the rear tank. Should be better than that. That was highway mileage.
