Motorcraft Adjustment

I have a ford 360fe w/ a little bigger cam and a motorcraft 2100 or 2150 cant remember...brand new and suposedly set for this motor.Antway running very very rich...can you give me the 123's of adjusting this properly on the motor....I bought a vacume gauge cause I heard i neede it to adjust....so please give me the simplified setting procedure...Thanks so much
