front end noise

I have a 2001 f-350 that is making a grumbling noise in the front end when making tight left hand turns up hills .The other day it continued even after the truck was stopped. The ford garage could find nothing wrong with the front end itself .What could this be?

check your exhaust pipe to make sure its not rubbing on the frame rails....

turn the wheels all the way to the left and get out to see if the tires are rubbing anything...
