I was reading the thread on steam cleaning the carpets in the X, but unfortunately for me, my carpet is beyond steam cleanability.... has anyone ordered replacement carpets for their X and what kind of experience did you have? Where is the best place to source it from?
I did my Grand Cherokee a couple of years ago and wished I had've payed the extra and gotten thew carpet with the cutouts already there (floor console shift).... lesson learned.
Last summer I redid my entire enterior. Seats, Carpet, Everything. I Have a Black 2002 Excursion Limited with Tan interior. I put Dark Brown Carpet in the front two rows and Black in the Third row / cargo area. I did custom Black Leather Seats. I think there are still some pictures in my gallery. I've heard nothing but good things about there covers. They have many, many different truck year patterns, so they will fit like factory and so they "can" be installed by you. The only thing is they will not have a warranty if you install them. There may be an approved installer in you area. Check out there WebSite.
