XY 500 . . .
Hey mate,
I recal you saying the intake manifold on your XY is a Redline, similar to the Eldebrok Torker. I would immagine that you'd have a shaker fitted to your XY too, but after reading the torker "...Will not fit under hood of Ford Pantera with stock air cleaner..." on the eldebrock site, I began wondering how the Torker would go under the bonnet of a Falcon with a 750 - 800 cfm Holley/Eldebrok carb and a 14x3" airfilter. Do you reckon I might need a slimmer airfilter to get it to fit under an XC bonnet?

XY 500 . . .
I recently worked on a ZF fairlane with a edelbrock torker on a 351-4v and it fitted fine under a stock bonnet,so an xc would be ok..
On manifolds ,there is also a redline street torker..which is single plane.I fitted one of these to an XY and the shaker fitted up no probs..
