RANGER 2001 dash bulbs
anyone ever change out the dash bulbs in their truck. I have some burnt out over the fuel gauge, temperature guage and one or two over the spedo. There are two screws to remove on the plastic bezel. Can the bulbs be reached behind the instrument cluster or does the cluster have to come out?

Cluster has to come out. Not to big a job but you do have to remove the radio to get the plastic cover off. I would probably replace all of them while you are in there. You can go with LED's if you want but they are pricey at this time. The 194 bulb that these use are about $1.00-$1.50 in the 2 packs. I found a bulk sale of them on Ebay for about 15 cents each.
